Basic Strategies for Self-Defense - PLUS Free Self-Defense Kit
Protect yourself on the street and anywhere you are. Learn to fight smarter, not harder.

Alameda County Social Services Agency is hosting a series of FREE events that are open to the public.
Retired law enforcement officer and martial artist Ken McCullum will share basic strategies to:
- recognize and avoid potential dangers,
- deal with stalkers and unwanted sexual advances; and
- disable and escape an assailant.
Community members & Social Services customers in attendance will receive a free self-defense kit. Light refreshments will be served.
No RSVP is required. Seating is first come, first served.
