Bubbles of Fun Run Registration Underway

UNION CITY, CA - Registration is underway for the New Haven Schools Foundation(NHSF)’s Bubbles of Fun Run. The 5K/10K Run and Walk will benefit schools in Union City and South Hayward. Each elementary school will receive $250, with the amount increasing to $500 if there are at least 40 elementary student registrations from that school.

The fun will kick off with walk-up registration at 8 a.m. on May 7, 2016, followed by the Bubble Run at 9 a.m. Youth races will follow at 10:15 - 10:30. There's a new race category this year--$5 for students who only want to run one of the kid races (400 meters, 800 meters, 1 mile).

Families, strollers and pets are welcome too.

The event will be held at Cesar Chavez Middle School, 2801 Hop Ranch Road, Union City.

Three ways to sign up

• Register online and pay by credit card.
• Print Registration form and mail to the address on the form.
• Walk-up registration at the event.

Fees:

• Adults — $25
• High School Runners — $15 (includes 5K, 10K or 1 mile)
• Grades K-8 — $10 (includes 5K, 10K, 400M or 800M)
• $15 discount for groups of four or more in a single transaction for registrations prior to April 22.
• $5 for student registrations for 400m, 800m, 1 mile if not running the 5K or 10K.
