C2 Education is
continuing its fast-paced growth with the opening of a new learning center in San Ramon, California. The new center, located at 3191 Crow Canyon Place in the Crow
Canyon Commons Shopping Center, will celebrate its Grand Opening on Monday, June
10 from 5 to 7 PM.
This is the fifth C2 Education learning center to
open in California in 2013. “We have a very
strong presence in California because there is such demand for academic support from California
families,” says C2 Education
co-founder and CEO David Kim. “California is unique from an education standpoint. With more charter schools than any
other state, California offers families a great deal of choice in
education; but with that choice comes increased competition, which means
that many California students struggle
to get ahead academically.”
C2 Education’s newest center will provide local
families with access to C2’s full range of
personalized academic programs, including K-12 subject tutoring, SAT preparation, ACT preparation, and college admissions counseling. “These Grand Opening events give us the
opportunity to introduce ourselves and our
services to the local community,” Mr. Kim says. “The families that attend these events always have the
opportunity to meet with some of our academic advisers
to get an idea of the type of support we could offer. Since every single one of our programs is completely
customized, it’s great to have the chance to meet
with local families and get an idea of what they need and how we can help.”
All families in attendance will be invited to
participate in a free informational college admissions seminar presented
by one of C2 Education’s most experienced
advisers. Families will also have the opportunity to tour the new facilities and meet with C2’s
academic advising team. Each family will also
receive a savings voucher for up to $1,000 off services at the new location. At 5:30 PM, Mayor Bill Clarkson will
preside over a ribbon cutting ceremony to
welcome C2 Education to the San Ramon community.
