Found: Elderly "At-Risk" Man Missing From Union City

UNION CITY, CA — An 88-year-old man reported missing in Union City is safe, Union City Police say. Avelino Banaag had last been seen at 8 a.m. Thursday.

Police reported just before 1:45 p.m. that he was safe.

Th department did not elaborate on where Banaag was found.
