Emergency Preparedness Workshop Planned in Union City Saturday
Concerned about a San Bernardino-style active shooter? Are you ready to wait several days for help following an earthquake?

No one knows when the next emergency will strike. It could be next week, or decades from now. But planning ahead for disasters could save you from serious injury or death.
Do you know how to survive an active shooter situation? Can you turn off the natural gas in your home following an earthquake or take the correct steps in a flash flood caused by El Nino?
Those are the types of things that will be covered in a workshop this Saturday, Lucas Tung of Rep. Eric Swalwell’s office told Patch. The congressman, along with emergency responders, are putting on the workshop.
