This moderate level workout will get your heart rate up, strengthen muscles and increase your flexibility. Great for all ability levels.

Session I: M/W 1/7-2/13        11 classes

Session II: M/W 2/20-3/27      11 classes

These classes will meet at Calphin Pool located at 34075 Fremont Blvd, Fremont. (Behind Lucky's)  Registration is done at Silliman Center or online.
