Basketball Camp hosted by Uptempo Hoops

Uptempo Hoops will be hosting a fundamentals basketball camp on Saturday, September 15th from 9am-2pm.  It is open to all players from grades 2nd to 5th.

 
It will be held at  the Conley Caraballo High School Gym located at 541 Blanch Street, Hayward, right off Mission Boulevard. 

 
To register, please go to the Uptempo Hoops website at www.uptempohoops.com, click "Forms" on the left handside and then download forms at "UH Camp 2012."  There are two forms to complete: the player registration and the release form.

Mail both forms and the registration fee of $45.00 (made out to Uptempo Hoops) to

Space is limited as this camp offers a low coach to player ratio so please send in your application forms as soon as possible.  Come join us and have fun!!
