CYO Girl's Volleyball Sign-Ups

St. Anne's CYO board is pleased to announce registration sign-ups for girls in grades 5, 6, 7, and 8 on Tuesday, 9/25 at 7:00-8:30 pm and on Friday, 9/28 at 7:30-9 pm at Alvarado Middle School Gym.

Please bring the following:

• The 4 CYO forms necessary to fill out, found at:  http://www.saintannecatholic.org/home/cyo/cyo-signups


• Copy of player's birth certificate


• Copy of utility bill


• $75 registration fee
