Gentle Yoga with Meisha Bosma and Purple Monkey Yoga

We move through this class slowly and gently for one hour.  Creative meditations allow you to connect to your body and spirit on a deep level.  Special attention is given to stretch, lengthening and restorative shapes in the body.  We begin with breathing and move into the muscular and skeletal system progressively.  This is a wonderful class for those new to yoga or those healing.
