This Gentle Yoga class begins with calming the mind through pranayama and guided meditation.  You will slowly move through a physical asana practice that eases tension and stress, while relaxing the nervous system.  The practice allows space and time for you to move at a pace that is comfortable and enjoyable.  Stretching and strengthening through detailed instruction brings awareness to alignment.  You will feel wonderfully free after this class!
