Through guided imagery, sound, and structured movement excercises, Meisha Bosma offers a two hour experience that aims to make connections between the messages that come from our head, our heart center, and the subtle memories that live inside our bodies.
Meisha will create a safe place for you to explore your imagination and creativity, and encourage you to soften the sometimes unknown barriers that block vulnerability and self love. The movement meditation will start with an exploration of the breath and slowly progress into a full study of movement and sound.
Meisha will verbally cue you into a deeper understanding of your own personal body anatomy and help you identify where you are holding back, both physically and mentally. You will meditate, in various ways, on the potential that lives deep within your spirit.
