At the workshop, you’ll learn about how to take advantage of the limited-time rebates available through Flex Package that make it easier for Union City homeowners to earn money to help pay for energy upgrades. Flex Package rebates of $1,500 are available on a first-come, first-served basis. More information is available at AlamedaFlex.org.

Union City homeowners can also support Alameda County schools, such as The Academy of Alameda, Franklin Elementary, Lincoln Middle School, etc. by doing an energy upgrade. Through Energize for the Prize, participating Alameda County schools and schools organizations can receive $250 for every home that performs an energy upgrade. For a list of participating schools in your area, visit EnergizeForThePrize.org.
