FREE Line Dance and Strength Class for Seniors at the Joanne Brown Dancers on Friday October 25, 2013!

For our fitness and dance enthusiasts 55 and above (and anyone else who wants a moderate yet fun form of group exercise), we'll be doing an introductory FREE Line Dance and Chair Fitness Class on Friday, October 25 at 10 a.m. at The Joanne Brown Dancers, 33535 Western Avenue, Union City, CA 94587.

Since it's so close to Halloween, we'll also do a "retro" 1950's and 1960's Halloween movie clip show afterwards, with potluck lunch!

Meet new friends, get fit, and laugh with (and at!) the classic tv and movie rock n' roll and monster movie clips and trailers!
