Hayward Valero Gas Station Robbed at Gunpoint

A Hayward gas station was robbed by a man with a gun Monday morning, according to police. The incident was reported around 6:45 a.m. Monday at a Valero gas station in the 29000 block of Mission Boulevard. The suspect was armed with a handgun and he got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police.

The suspect is described as a black man around 25 years old who is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds, police said. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with white pants when he fled the scene on foot, according to police. No injuries were reported in the robbery.
