James Logan High's softball team will square off against Freedom High for the North Coast Section Division I championship this weekend.
The game begins at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary's College in Moraga.
James Logan, the tournament's number three seed, is 25-1 this season. They reached the final by defeating second-seeded California High on Wednesday.
Freedom High, the number five seed, is 19-5-1 this season. They reached the final by knocking off eighth-seeded San Ramon Valley High on Wednesday.
In April, James Logan crushed Freedom, 20-3, in a regular season game.
Logan High won the Division I title last year by upsetting top-ranked Amador Valley High.
