Life-saving and farm-fresh food at Kaiser Permanente markets
Donor marrow registration and farm fresh veggies at Kaiser Permanente Farmers mkts.

Kaiser Permanente has partnered with the Asian American Donor Program to hold bone marrow registration drives at one of our farmers’ markets in March.
Drop by at one of the scheduled farmers’ markets listed below and register to be a bone marrow donor. It’s easy and you may save a life! Registering as a donor takes just a few minutes and it is painless – you simply provide a cell sample from the inside of your cheek through a cotton swab. Remember to bring a valid ID and the contact info of two friends or relatives who don’t live with you.
Register at one of the following Farmers’ Markets locations:
§ Tuesday, March 17: Union City Medical Offices (3553 Whipple Road) – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Donor Program says your heritage could save the life of someone who needs marrow transplant. Donors and recipients who share the same ancestry are most likely to match.
