Local rapper has released a song titled "WILLIAM CANN" slandering the fallen police chief and glorifying Cop Killing

Local rapper makes song slandering police chief William Cann who was Assasinated in 1974. The police chief was said to have been shot because of a police involved murder over a man stealing a ham from the grocery store. His murder was looked at as retaliation to the murder of the man who stole the ham. This song also glorifies killing Police officers and promotes violence. This is very relevant to the police involved murders and protest occuring all over the country.
