Man Arrested For Assault With a Deadly Weapon: Union City
The 65-year-old man allegedly pointed a gun at several people and threatened to shoot them.

UNION CITY, CA — Police in Union City on Saturday arrested a man in connection with an assault with a deadly weapon incident after reportedly pulling a gun on several people.
Charles Guerrero, 65, of Union City was arrested on suspicion of assault with a firearm, criminal threats, conspiracy and child endangerment, police said.
On Saturday at 1:20 p.m. officers with the Union City Police Department responded to a report of a brandished firearm.

Police said Guerrero pulled a gun during an argument over the sale of a vehicle.
He pointed the revolver at several people and threatened to shoot them, police said.
