Police say that he walked away from his home on Valentine's Day.
UNION CITY, CA — A man has been found safe and unharmed after he went missing from Union City on Valentine's Day, police said Wednesday.
Manuel Galindez, 72, was considered at-risk.
He had apparently walked away from his home in the 34800 block of Starling Drive in the morning on Valentine's Day.
