Man Shot, Killed in Hayward Saturday Identified

A man shot and killed in Hayward early Saturday morning was identified today as a 33-year-old Hayward resident, according to police. Ladonte Burnett was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 27000 block of Belvedere Court at 2:08 a.m., police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not identified any suspects in the case and are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call Hayward police at (510) 293-7000 or (510) 293-7034.
