Package Thief ID Needed: See Video From Union City

UNION CITY, CA – The Union City Police Department acknowledges that this brief surveillance video of a suspected package theft is not "the best." But nevertheless, police released it hoping someone in the community can help with an identification of the suspect involved in the incident that occurred on Arizona Street.
