Park District Seeking Applicants for Citizens Advisory Committee

The Hayward Area Recreation and Park District has an opening on their Citizen’s Advisory Committee, according to district officials. The district is taking applications from interested residents of Hayward, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo and unincorporated Alameda County.

Committee meetings occur four times per year. Committee members will provide recommendations on specific projects to the district’s Board of Directors, as well as review district programs and park design projects, according to district officials.
