Public comments on the Plan may be submitted by Monday, July 29 at 5:00 p.m. – by email, phone, fax, or mail. Attendees of either the July 16 or July 18 community meeting or July 31 public hearing may also submit comments at these events.

*There was an initial public hearing on these proposed changes on May 22 in Fremont. At that time, the Board did not make a final decision and instead, asked staff to extend the comment period through July 31 and schedule additional community meetings in Newark & Hayward.
