Police Investigate Armed Robbery of Tri-City Sandwich Shop

Police say two masked men entered the shop wielding a gun and knife and robbed employees of cash.

FREMONT, CA: Police in Fremont are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Monday at a sandwich shop. Officers responded at 8:51 p.m. to the business in the 34100 block of Fremont Boulevard on a report of a robbery and learned two masked men entered the shop wielding a gun and knife and robbed employees of cash. The suspects then fled the scene on foot.

The first suspect is described as a heavy-set white or Hispanic man, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and wearing a red jacket, black baseball hat and black jeans. The second suspect is described as a white man wearing a black Raiders hooded sweatshirt a ski mask and black jeans.
