Senior Prom for Over 50 LGBTQ
The LGBTQ community over the age of 50 missed out on their high school proms. Time for a do-over.

The Hayward Area Recreation and Park District’s Senior programming will be hosting a “Senior LGBTQ Prom” this Friday, June 19, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Hayward Area Senior Center, 22325 N. Third Street, Hayward.
Many LGBTQ seniors did not have the opportunity to attend their high school prom with their partner. This special event, for LGBTQ 50 years plus, welcomes and supports all attendees and their partners.
Guests of the special event, whose theme is “Black, White and Bling”, will enjoy DJ Music, a unique Mocktail Bar, a professional photo booth and awards for Best Dressed Couple and Lifetime Achievement Award.
