Sideshow Arrests: Union City Police Arrest 4
9 vehicles were also seized and 100 citations issued.

UNION CITY, CA — Officers arrested four people, seized nine vehicles and issued roughly 100 citations after finding more than a thousand people at a sideshow in Union City early Saturday morning, police said today.
The event began in Oakland, according to Union City police, but patrol officers located it in the Food Maxx parking lot at 30073 Industrial Parkway sometime after midnight.
Police say they've received information about another unpermitted gathering of "street racer style" cars scheduled for Friday night in that same parking lot, and they're working with the property owner to prevent it
from taking place.
