Suspect Wanted For Attempted Murder; 3 Others Arrested

UNION CITY, CA — Union City Police are searching for 18-year-old Yulian or “Julian” Aguilera-Rubi, wanted for attempted murder in a case that left the victim with "significant injuries" according to police. Three others have been arrested in the case.

Police say that on Jan. 13, Aguilera-Rubi lured a 16-year-old to Kennedy Park. Inside a park bathroom the victim was attacked by two men, and stabbed by his 15-year-old ex-girlfriend.

Police have arrested the girl, whose name is being withheld because of her age.

Donald Wilson (left) of Fremont and Dillon Bittinger (right) of Union City have been arrested for attempted murder.

Also under arrest for attempted murder and conspiracy are 30-year-old Donald Wilson of Fremont and 20-year-old Dillon Bittinger of Union City.
