Teen Shot In Leg At Union City Park
Police say the 3 suspects were wearing red bandanas.

UNION CITY, CA — A teenage boy was shot in the leg during an armed robbery in Union City on Tuesday night, according to Union City police.
The robbery occurred around 9:26 p.m. Tuesday when the boy along with another teenage boy and an unknown female were standing around talking at San Andreas Park in Union City, police said.
Three males wearing red bandanas - according to police - then approached the two boys and female and demanded their clothing, cell phones and money. One of the suspects then shot the teenage boy and fled from the scene.

Police said the three male suspects fled eastbound from the park on a creek trail. The other teenage boy was found unharmed at the scene, but the unidentified female has not been found or identified, according to
police. The boy that was shot suffered injuries not considered to be life-threatening.
