Wayne Cruz is in charge of the "Graffiti Buster" acquired by the City of Union City in 2002. He drives the white truck and tows a 16-foot trailer around town. A power-wash unit is used for blasting away spray paint. Ten large hoppers are filled with a wide variety of paint colors. A computer unit allows him to match colors. He gets a reading, and mixes the paints, which come out almost identical to the area to be painted.
