Kids attending this month’s NPM Kids Club will receive a surprise treat. Happily Ever Laughter’s Miss Rose – the most sparkly faerie that ever lived – will be the guest performer at NewPark Mall. She will be performing a puppet show and entertaining kids with a sing-along. Newark Library’s children's librarian, Chien-Chun Chang will be reading books to kids during story time. Adults will also have a chance to get in on the fun. Raffled prizes will be awarded to parents: a gift certificate to Great Nails for a manicure and a $25 gift card to Coach (must be present to win).
Suited for children up to age 5, NPM Kids Club meets the third Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m. The regular meetings may consist of arts & crafts, singing and dancing, light refreshments, prizes, goodie bags, a monthly birthday celebration and story time presented by the Newark Library. NPM Kids Club also introduces special rewards as well as provides a chance for parents (and grandparents) to win great prizes (must be present).
NPM Kids Club will take place in the Children's Play Area on the Lower Level next to the elevator. It is free and open to the public.
