Tri-Cities 'Parent Project' Gearing up to Support Families

The is a 13-week parenting class is open families of the Tri-Cities area and beyond.

In collaboration with the New Haven Adult School, City of Fremont Human Services Department, and Union City Youth and Family Services, we are pleased to announce the start of our Fall ParentProject© Class.

This is a 13-week parenting class for parents of strong-willed adolescents (including parents of “pre-teens”) that focuses on positive parenting techniques, information on teenage development, and improving parent-child relationships.

Beginning Tuesday October 7 (for English Class) and Thursday October 9 (for Spanish Class), parents will meet once a week for 3 hours (6 to 9pm) in a supportive, interactive and informative environment. Parents work, individually and with others, to improve parenting skills and help create peace in the home. We have had very positive feedback from class graduates in the past; this class is invaluable for those families who are looking for positive solutions to survive the teenage years!
