Union City Police Arrest 4, Seize Handguns And Suspected Cocaine
Union City Police officers arrested four people Monday night after seeing two cars parked in the parking lot of a closed shopping area.

UNION CITY, CA – Union City Police officers arrested four people Monday night after seeing two cars parked in the parking lot of a closed shopping area.
On Monday around midnight, Union City Police officers check on the occupants of two cars parked in a closed shopping complex on Alvarado Niles Road. Officers found two loaded handguns, prescription pain medication and suspected cocaine, according to a release on the police department's Facebook page.
According to police, a 9mm handgun was found in the waistband of one of the people in the car. The other .40 semiautomatic handgun had a high-capacity 22 round magazine and was found in one of the vehicles, police said.

One juvenile and three adults who are not Union City residents were arrested, according to police.
