Union City Police sent out the following information and photo via Nixle Alerts: UCPD looking for missing elderly adult female, 77 yrs, Xingli Wu, speaks only Cantonese, 5’ short black hair, blk eyes, wearing black blouse with white flowers.
Last seen near El Mercado Shopping Center located Decoto and Alvarado Niles Rd. may have been seen near Union Landing Shopping Center this morning.
