Where is Tonight's DUI, License Checkpoint in Hayward?

Information submitted by the California Highway Patrol:

The Hayward Area of the California Highway Patrol will be conducting a driver license/sobriety checkpoint tonight, Thursday, September 4th. The operation will be conducted on Mission Boulevard at Medford Avenue in the city of Hayward, county of Alameda.

The operation will span from the hours of 8:00 P.M. to midnight.

The checkpoint will be clearly marked and placed on a roadway with an established DUI problem or concern. A key objective of the checkpoint is to reduce the number of drinking drivers on the road, rather than produce a dramatic increase of arrests.
