After more than a year on the market, the "Dude's" bugalow court, located at 606 Venezia Ave. in Venice has sold well below its asking price.

Originally, the seller had asked for $2.29 million, but the complex was sold on Aug. 30 for $1.59. The property has six one-bedroom units, all with garages.
