I contacted Recreation and Parks Dept about parking at The Westminster Avenue Dog Park which is a joy for thousands of dogs and owners each year. I was told the dog park and unused senior citizens community building are going to be sold by the city very soon due to LA being broke. This is highly disappointing and seems unknown to the community.
