Fixing & Flipping Houses. Everyone dreams of flipping houses, but very few ever really do it. Why is that? Rehabs are fun and challenging, and the profits can be enormous. Plus, compared to other investments, you receive your profits in months (not years). Not to mention those HGTV shows are just so additive. So why don’t more people do it? The answer is simple; people don’t know how to get started. They don’t know where to turn, what to do, or who to trust. Well, stay tuned, because we have the answer. Guest Speaker. The answer is Don Costa, our very special guest speaker at our October meeting. During his presentation, Don will cover four crucial topics: (1) How to find houses to flip, (2) How to finance your purchase, (3) How to rehab your property, and (4) How to flip your house quickly for fun and profit. Specifically, Don will be discussing:

* Finding the perfect flip
* Funding your rehabs the right way
* Systems to manage your team & timeline
* Tips to cash flow as you grow
* Maximizing your exit (getting the most profit out of each flip)
If you’re already fixing and flipping houses, or just getting started, you’re going to love Don’s presentation! Don is going to explain why “fixing & flipping” is the most lucrative (and most fun) strategy in real estate investing. Plus, he has plenty of real estate experiences and examples to share with you. Most importantly, he has actually done it with hundreds of rehabs throughout California. Don is going to show you how to get started and be successful.

Unlock Your Most Powerful Voice
Have you ever wondered how today’s top artists sing effortlessly across their entire range without obvious vocal breaks? Whether you’re performing pop, rock, R&B, country, musical theatre, or contemporary worship music, one skill separates confident singers from those who constantly struggle:
A healthy, connected mix.
Join internationally recognized celebrity vocal coach Adreana Gonzalez for an immersive Vocal Camp designed to help singers eliminate the disconnect between chest voice and head voice while building strength, consistency, and freedom throughout their entire range.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, strained, or afraid of high notes, this workshop will change the way you think about your voice.
About Adreana Gonzalez
With more than two decades of experience coaching singers in Los Angeles and around the world, Adreana Gonzalez has helped artists develop healthier technique, stronger performances, and sustainable careers in today’s music industry.
Her clients include internationally recognized recording artists, actors, touring professionals, and emerging talent, including:

Will Ferrell

Jessie Reyez

Lu Kala

Rebel Rae

Dior Goodjohn

Li Jun Li

James Tormé

Savannah Hudson (Between Friends)

Vinchnzo

Brook Lynn

Tig3r Lewis

As Founder and Director of Hollywood Vocal Studios and HVS Conservatory, Adreana combines elite technical instruction with practical industry experience, helping artists become confident, versatile performers.
What You’ll Learn
During this immersive Vocal Camp, you’ll discover how to:

Connect chest voice and head voice with greater ease

Build a healthy, reliable mixed voice

Eliminate vocal breaks and register flips

Sing higher notes without unnecessary tension

Increase vocal power while maintaining freedom

Improve vocal stamina for rehearsals and performances

Understand the science behind healthy vocal coordination

Apply these concepts immediately to your own songs

Whether you’re preparing for auditions, recording sessions, concerts, or simply looking to become a stronger singer, these tools can transform the way you approach your voice.
Why Your Mix Matters
One of the biggest challenges singers face is navigating the transition between chest voice and head voice.
Without a balanced mix, singers often experience:

Cracking

Straining

Pushing for high notes

Vocal fatigue

Limited range

Inconsistent tone

Learning how to coordinate your registers creates a voice that feels stronger, healthier, and far more expressive.
Rather than fighting your voice, you’ll learn to work with it.
Who Should Attend?
This Vocal Camp is perfect for:

Contemporary singers

Musical theatre performers

Recording artists

Songwriters

Worship leaders

Auditioning singers

Voice teachers

Intermediate and advanced vocalists ready to strengthen their technique

Why Train with Adreana Gonzalez?
Adreana’s teaching philosophy combines world-class vocal science with practical application. After studying extensively with leading teachers—including more than a decade immersed in Speech Level Singing (SLS)—she developed an approach that emphasizes healthy technique while allowing every artist to maintain their own unique sound.
Rather than creating singers who all sound alike, Adreana helps artists discover the strongest version of their voice.
What Makes This Vocal Camp Different?
Unlike traditional voice lessons, this intensive allows participants to:

Observe live coaching

Learn from other singers

Apply concepts immediately

Ask questions throughout the day

Experience professional-level vocal instruction in a collaborative environment

Many singers discover breakthroughs simply by watching others work through the same challenges.

Join author Alexandra Anton for a book signing of her debut novel Santiaga: A Freedom Tale, a moving story that reimagines the classical quest for enlightenment by telling a woman’s hero journey.
For centuries, some of the most influential stories of spiritual awakening have centered on men who temporarily leave behind family, responsibility, and earthly attachments to pursue enlightenment. In Santiaga, Anton turns that familiar narrative upside down.
The story loosely follows the plot of two classic texts: Hermann Hesse’s novella, Siddhartha, and the first written account of a female Buddha, Yeshe Tsogyal from 8th century Tibet. Anton was also partially inspired by a 2023 news story about three women who accused a Buddhist leader of a 2009 sexual assault in upstate New York.
“I was captivated by what happens when women place absolute trust in spiritual teachers, who then betray their pure, spiritual intentions,” she said. “I wanted to tell an alternative story of female spiritual empowerment that rings true for women living today.”
Join the community of early readers who rated Santiaga: A Freedom Tale ★★★★1/2 stars on Goodreads. Devastating, emotional, and introspective, Santiaga challenges the conditions modern women face in pursuit of inner truth and enlightenment to offer an alternative way.
“A quietly fulfilling and even subversive read.”— Kirkus Reviews
