Car Rams into Wall in Venice, One Dies

The driver of a car that plowed into a wall of the Mark Twain Middle School in Venice today was killed, authorities said.

The crash occurred about 5:30 p.m. at Walgrove Avenue and Victoria Avenue, said Officer Nuria Venegas of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.

No other details were immediately available, Venegas said.
