Learn the basic movements of hoop dance, and experience the sense of freedom and joy that comes from moving with your hoop. Whether you hula-hooped as a child or are a complete novice, come find out how to hoop on your waist, take the hoop on and off your body, and much more! No prior experience is necessary. Bring to class your own adult-size hoop, or rent a hoop ($10 for 'in class' use only) from your instructor.
