Come to the Palms - Rancho Park Branch Library and learn to hoop, for fun and exercise. Join certified hooping instructors, Joy and Pamela, for a fun hour in the park. Bring your own hula hoop, if you have one. The library will also provide hoops. Recommended for ages 6 and older.
