Give your family the gift of yoga as you settle in to the new school year. Yoga can reduce stress, increase health, plus it is a non-competitive and fun way to engage with life. Join us as we strive for courageous hearts in a healthy world!
Themes for the Fall session will include--back to school, autumn leaves, and gratitude (Thanksgiving). All with a combination of silly & sacred, to help people of all ages explore, enjoy, get some balance, fun, strength and stretch.
Please help this info get around by inviting your friends and "recommending" this link on facebook! Tell anyone you know with kids or who works with kids--yoga can be a great resource for all--but kids classes can be hard to find when you need them.
Here's the Fall schedule:
Thursdays:
• 3:30 - 4:10 ~ 4 - 6 year olds
parents are welcome
• 4:15 - 4:55 ~ 2 - 4 year olds (1.5 year olds welcome as well)
parent participation required
• 5:00 - 5:45 ~ ages 7 & up (yes, teens too)
family style. Parents welcome, or drop children off.
September 29th - December 1st (no class on Thanksgiving)
Enroll for the session: Sliding scale for 9 weeks of class:
$63 ($7 per class) to $108 ($12 per class)
Please pay at the highest level you can to make sre class can also be available to people who can't pay as much.
Drop-in per class: $10
When possible, kids and adults are welcome to come before or stay after class to make some art in ReDiscover's fabulous warehouse for $5 which goes to support ReDiscover.
