Mommy & Me Yoga with Desiree Bartlett

Yoga is a wonderful way to reconnect with your body after the birth of your baby. Rediscovering your core muscles, increasing strength & flexibility, and finding a sense of inner calm are some of the many benefits that Yoga has for new mommies. Babies (6 weeks – 6 months) will enjoy interacting with you during your Yoga practice, including fun with tummy time and dancing with mommy.
