Move and Soothe Fundraiser

• Celebrity trainer and star of Thintervention, Craig Ramsey, as part of his support for women with Polycistic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), will be bringing his popular bootcamp to the Marina.

  Participants can test drive his popular bootcamp workout on the beach.  Or, if they prefer to relax in the spa, they can enjoy a massage, a facial, a pedicure, or a scrub.  Or, they can partake in a little of each.  Cost for the bootcamp is $50, and spa treatments are $40 each.  Healthy snacks will be served.  The first hour-long boot camp begins at 10 am, several sessions are available throughout the day.  

Proceeds will benefit Santa Monica's inCYST Institute for Hormone Health, a nonprofit devoted to raising money for hormone research, with a focus on helping to fund hard-to-fund studies about nutrition and alternative therapies.
