Move & Soothe Fundraiser

Celebrity trainer and star of Thintervention, Craig Ramsey, as part of his support for women with Polycistic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), will be bringing his popular bootcamp to the Marina for at the first-ever Move and Soothe fundraiser,

Participants can test drive his popular bootcamp workout on the beach.  Or, if they prefer to relax in the spa, they can enjoy a massage, a facial, a pedicure, or a scrub.  Or, they can partake in a little of each.
