Join us for some special Summer Yoga! Sun Salutations, waves of breath, oceans of Om, palm trees, flamingos.... and, of course, plenty of Pirate Yoga!
Please use this event to invite your friends! Tell everyone you know with kids, because yoga is so great for all. There's no right, no wrong, just do it and enjoy!
Here's the Summer schedule:
Thursdays:
• 10:30 - 11:10 ~ ages 1.5 - 3.5 (parent participation required)
• 11:20 - 12:05 ~ ages 7 & up (family style. parents practice too, or just kids)
• 1:30 - 2:10 ~ ages 3.5 - 6 (parent participation is welcome, but not required)
Enroll for the session: Sliding scale of $42 ($7 per class) to $72 ($12 per class) for a 6 week session
Drop-in per class: $10
Classes need a minimum of 6 kids pre-enrolled to run. So, if you want to have a great adventure of yoga this summer, make sure to enroll soon. In August, kids will also be welcome to stay after class to make some art in ReDiscover's fabulous warehouse. On the last day of class, we will have a om drawing party and healthy and fun pot luck.
To enroll, print out the form attached to this event and send it in! Drop-ins are welcome, but discount rates are available for pre-enrollment, so, support these classes by enrolling early.
