Mar Vista Girl Scouts and Barnes & Noble in the Marina Marketplace are teaming up together this weekend, to make your holidays a bit easier by offering Gift Wrapping Services for donations. From Friday, Dec. 6 thru Sunday Dec. 8 Cadette-Ambassador Troop 925 (girls in the 7th to 12th grades) will wrap customer's gifts for donations. The donations will be used to finance troops' travel, equipment purchases and community service projects.
Located in the Marina Marketplace, Barnes and Noble provides boxes, tissue, wrapping paper and bows while the Girl Scout troop provides the know-how and the TLC in wrapping gifts.
The Girl Scout troop will be available for gift wrapping at the following times.
Friday, December 6th: 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday, December 7th: 10:00AM - 8:30 PM
Sunday, December 8th: 10:00AM - 8:00 PM
Come on by, do a little shopping, get your gifts wrapped, and do a little good for girls in your community!
