NCAA West Regional Semifinal Teams to Hold Free Practices in LA Today

The four teams that will play Thursday in NCAA West Regional semifinals will conduct free practices at Staples Center today.

Fourth-seeded North Carolina will practice from noon-12:50 p.m., sixth- seeded Xavier from 1-1:50 p.m., top-seeded Wisconsin from 2:10-3 p.m. and second-seeded Arizona from 3:10-4 p.m.

Wisconsin will conduct a poolside pep rally from 6-8 p.m. tonight at the LA Hotel Downtown, 333 S. Figueroa St. with performances by the school’s band, spirit squad and mascot, Bucky Badger, at 7 p.m. Fans in attendance will receive a limited edition “Make ‘em Believe” T-shirt while supplies last.
