One Evacuated From Venice Apartment Fire

Firefighters were dispatched at 6:31 a.m. to 204 S. Lincoln Blvd.

VENICE, CA -- Firefighters in Venice Saturday put out a contents fire at a two-story apartment building and one person was also being evaluated at the scene for possible smoke inhalation. Firefighters dispatched at 6:31 a.m. to 204 S. Lincoln Blvd. had the fire out within 15 minutes, said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

A cause of the fire was under investigation.
