Police Seek Help Identifying Venice Hit-and-Run Driver
The driver of a classic Chevrolet Impala struck a woman in Venice last month, leaving her with severe injuries.

VENICE, CA - Police today investigated a hit-and-run crash last month in Venice that left a woman severely injured.
The victim was struck about 9:20 a.m. on Aug. 14, a Sunday, at the intersection of Pacific and Horizon avenues, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The vehicle -- described as a 1960s to 1970s model Chevrolet Impala with a cream-colored top and blue or green body -- was northbound on Pacific Avenue when it struck the woman, who was walking with her dog, heading east on Horizon, police said.

The vehicle was last seen continuing north on Pacific Avenue.
