Two Women Shot Near Venice Pier; Shooter At Large
Two 25-year-old women remain in stable condition after being shot near the Venice fishing pier late Saturday night.
VENICE, CA — Police in Venice are looking for a man suspected of shooting two women near the Venice Fishing Pier Saturday night. The victims, two 25-year-old women are recovering in stable condition Sunday.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the shooting happened at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 3100 block of Oceanfront Walk, near the Venice Fishing Pier. Los Angeles Police Department's Pacific Division officers are investigating the shooting.
They found out that the three had been standing in front of a building in the area arguing before the shooting started. Police say the suspect is a man in his 30s.The gunman remains at large.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics were called and transported both victims to a hospital in stable condition, according to a dispatcher in the LAPD Department Operations Center.
